Church Participation

FAMILY FEST provides an opportunity for promoting your church and making connections with our community in a fun environment. We believe this will help build our community, local businesses, and the faith community.

Participation Options:

  • Attend! Invite your church and staff to participate all day or just for the evening and fireworks.
  • Host A Carnival Game
    • We have a number of children's games (i.e. Ring Toss, Frisbee Toss, etc.) or you can bring your own.
    • You can also partner with another church to cover the length of time.
    • At the end of each activity, children will receive 1 ticket that we will provide for you, to exchange for toys at the "Redemption Toy Store".
  • Share A Bible Story
    • Bring themed decorations for a provided 15’ x 15’ tent. Each tent will have three sides to aid as a backdrop for decorating.
    • Share a 10-15 minute children’s Bible story 2 to 3 times an hour between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Your story/lesson could be one from your VBS material or something stand alone.
    • Partner with another church to cover the length of time.
    • At the end of each story time, children will receive 10 tickets that we will provide for you, to exchange for toys at the "Redemption Toy Store".
  • Volunteer for one hour or more.
    • Bring your worship team and sing in one of the one-hour outdoor or indoor times.
    • Take responsibility for one of many activity areas or games.
    • Help cook or serve free foods
    • Help in the Redemption Toy Store
    • Help with trash pickup
    • Help with security
    • Help at Guest or Volunteer Center
  • Hang a window flyer or make available a 4 x 6 Event Post Card. Just call and we will send however many you want.
  • Sponsor all or part of these festival expenses and get your church's name put on Sponsor Board.
    • Small Tents 15' x 15' tents with sides ($300 x 5 = $1500)
    • Tent 50' Round ($500)
    • Tent 50' x 72' Oval ($700)
    • Tent 8 foot tables & Chairs x 15 = $157
    • Evaporative Cooling Fan (2 @ $175 each)
    • Low Noise Inverter Generators (4+ @ $76 each)
    • Inflatable Games - Multiple ($4,100)
    • Hotdogs, Chips, Charcoal, etc. ($500)
    • Snow Cone Syrup and Ice ($300)
    • Redemption Store ($1,000)
    • Port-A-Johns ($580)
    • Commercial Grade Fireworks Display ($2,000+)
