Business Participation

FAMILY FEST will provide opportunities for promoting your business and making connections with our community in a fun environment that will help build our community, local businesses, and the faith community. The festival will start at 9:00 AM; however, the Chamber Of Commerce tent and businesses are not expected to begin until 1:00 PM.

We are anticipating 1,000+ will attend this year. Historically between 2005-2012, this event grew to over 2,500+. High attendance will be between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Participation Options:

  • Attend! Invite your personnel to participate all day or just for the evening and fireworks.
  • Host A Carnival Game
    • We have a number of children's games (i.e. Ring Toss, Frisbee Toss, etc.) or you can bring your own.
    • You can also partner with another business to cover the length of time.
    • At the end of each activity, children will receive 1 ticket that we will provide for you, to exchange for toys at the "Redemption Store".
  • Chamber of Commerce and Children's Tent
    • Set up and decorate your 8-foot table space. (or request two spaces)
    • Do a craft at your table.
    • Give Away Coloring Books, Mini Footballs, Frisbees, Bracelets, Water Bottles, etc.
    • Do health screenings or give demonstrations.
    • Offer free haircuts for kids
    • Hand out your promotional materials.
  • Hang a window flyer or make available a 4 x 6 Event Post Card. Just call and we will send however many you want.
  • Volunteer for one hour or take responsibility for one of many activity areas or games.
  • Sponsor all or part of these festival expenses and get your company's name put on Sponsor Board.
    • Small Tents 15' x 15' tents with sides ($300 x 5 = $1500)
    • Tent 50' Round ($500)
    • Tent 50' x 72' Oval ($700)
    • Tent 8 foot tables & Chairs x 15 = $157
    • Evaporative Cooling Fan (2 @ $175 each)
    • Low Noise Inverter Generators (4+ @ $76 each)
    • Inflatable Games - Multiple ($4,100)
    • Hotdogs, Chips, Charcoal, etc. ($500)
    • Snow Cone Syrup and Ice ($300)
    • Redemption Store ($1,000)
    • Port-A-Johns ($580)
    • Commercial Grade Fireworks Display ($2,000+)
